Fall Apple Cider Sangria
I wrote this post back in January of 2018, but completely forgot to post it. Whoopsie !
It is almost end of April here in New York and It’s finally...FINALLY warming up, Someone must have really pissed off Mother Nature and needs to apologize.
People are right when they say folks go crazy in cold weather. Indeed, it’s been in the low 30's and 40's even in April and it is definitely NOT fun.
In the past 7 years I’ve lived on Long Island, I have never seen a longer and this persistently cold winter than this past one. So what does me do when it’s miserably cold outside? I warm up with my Signature Apple Cider Caramel Fall Sangria! Yes, I drink this divine drink year round.

Let me just say, I am a huge huge wine drinker. Like every day 1-2 glasses of wine kind of drinker but occasionally I change things up with either my Spiced Mulled Wine or my family and friends favorite crowd pleaser - Apple Cider Caramel Fall Sangria! I don’t even remember the last time I was sick! I am telling you, 1 glass of wine a day keeps the doctor away !
There is just something about infusing apples, oranges, cranberries and pears into these mixtures of flavors. This recipe is not overly sweet but it isn't tart either. I played around with it for a bit until I got just the right balance of flavors.
You can adjust certain flavors to your own liking of course, but this is what has worked for me and all my friends and family who regularly ask me to make this sangria for them – So it is safe to say it’s has become a staple in my household and I am excited to share it with the world !
